27th August 2020 - BTEC Results

All BTEC results will be posted home on Tuesday 1st September.  Students that require the result urgently on Tuesday can ring the school office to request their results. Final BTEC examination results will not be received by the school from the Examinations Board until Friday pm.  

25th August 2020 - BTEC update for Level 3 and Level 2

Following an announcement yesterday  BTEC Level 3 results will be released this week. We will provide further information and will update our school website with when L3 BTEC outcomes can be collected.

Please  check this website for further information. Please contact Mr Edwards AHT with any specific questions relating to Level 3 outcomes.

Level 2 Btec's are also expected to be released this week. When we receive further information we will provide you with this.

Year 10 English Literature Results sent out via Royal Mail first class on 20th August 2020.

Year 13 Results Information 

The DfE issued guidance on the 18th August saying that A and AS level students will be reissued with their Centre Assessment Grades (CAGs). If you received a calculated grade higher than the CAG, you will not see this grade reduced and you will keep your calculated grade. CAG grades were available on the 6th form results day to any student who wanted them. We are sending all year 13 students their CAGs and the examination boards will issue the higher of the two grades in the coming weeks. We await exact dates for this.   

Regarding BTECs, it was announced late yesterday that these are following the same rules as A levels and we await further information. Any Btec grade year 13 students have may increase, but we do not have that information from the exam boards yet
