To ensure privacy and data protection, access code document can only be viewed by the students using their Howard School Google account.

To access the work students should log in to www.gmail.com using their school email address.

Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ)

Q: I can't access the school closure drive? Do I need permission to view?

A: Students need to make sure they logged in using the Howard School Email address. If the problem persists, please log off from all the signed Gmail accounts and try logging in using Howard School Email address.

Q: My teacher has created a google classroom? Do I still need to do the task added in the drive?

A:  If you have google classroom setup, complete the tasks from the google classroom. Your teacher will use the google classroom to add, update and mark your works. For additional learning material, please use the "School closure drive".

Q: Why am I unable to edit the documents in the drive?

A: Students are not allowed to edit the document in the drive since it is shared as read-only. You need to download(help link) the task sheet, complete the tasks and save it(help link) in google drive. We expect all our students to complete the work using Google classroom while google drive could be used to access additional learning material.

Q: I don't know how to login/ I have forgotten the login password for my school email address-what do I do?

A: Please send an email to harrisj@thehowardschool.co.uk requesting to reset the password.
